2019-20 BOWLING: June 6th Parent/Student Meeting

Attention all current 8th-11th grade students!  If you think you may be interested in joining the High School Bowling team for the 2019-20 winter season, there will be a meeting with Coach Larner on June 6th at Pintown at 6:30 pm for you and your parent(s)!  If you are interested, but are unable to attend,

BOWLING BANQUET DETAILS!

The bowling banquet for this season has been scheduled for Sunday, March 17th at 3:00 pm at Pintown.  The cost to attend will be $6.50 per person.  Bowlers — please bring your uniforms and bowling bags (cleaned) to turn in!

This weekend, Chesaning Union Schools will be represented at both the bowling and wrestling individual state meets.  In bowling, Junior Luke Sampson will be heading west to Muskegon and in wrestling, Junior Jordan Rodriguez (112#) and Sophomore Quaid Wilkins (171#) will be heading south to Ford Field.  CHS would like to wish these athletes the

Sampson Qualifies for State Tourney!

This past weekend at the regional tournament, Chesaning’s own Luke Sampson turned in a strong 4th place finish which qualified him to move on to the state tournament!  The state tournament will be held this Saturday in Muskegon at Northway Lanes. Congrats to Luke!  We are proud of you!  

BOWLING BALL RAFFLE

The Varsity Bowling Team is raffling off a bowling ball signed by pro/hall of famer Walter Ray Williams.  If you would like to purchase a ticket for the raffle ($5), please stop in to Pintown Lanes!  The drawing will be held on January 23rd.

H.S. BOWLING: Hall of Fame Bowling Clinic

On December 9th, Hall of Fame bowler Walter Ray, Jr., held a bowling clinic for the High School boys and girls bowling teams.  Much fun and learning was had by all!

The boys and girls bowling teams are off and “rolling”!  They have many events planned over the next couple of weeks.  Your participation in any of these events is welcomed! HS & MS WINTER PARENT/ATHLETE MEETING!

Attention all winter high school and middle school parents/athletes!  There will be a mandatory meeting with Mr. Hemgesberg (Athletic Director) on Monday, November 19th at 7:00 pm in the High School Student Center (Cafeteria).  The evening will begin with information sharing by Mr. Hemgesberg and will then move into breakout meetings with individual team coaches.
