Chesaning Union High School

The Girls Cross-Country team finished the 42nd annual Chesaning Cross-Country Invitational tied for 1st place out of 19 competing schools, losing the tiebreaker to the Division 1 team from Okemos. The second place overall finish was fueled by the impressive Grace Jordan, whose 4th place finishing time of 18:56 broke the 38 year school record. Grace was followed by 11 teammates who all set season best performances in the race. Abigail Jordan took 10th place in the race and 6th place All-Time in Chesaning history. Leah Theile, Ruby Gross, and Avery Hoerner all earned medals by place in the top 50 overall.
